“We carry on the Demiglace sauce for 40 years since my parents inaugurated the place.”, says hard-working owner Yoko with a smile.

The pretty decor of the interior makes me feel so cozy, and her handwritten menu adds a tasteful appeal.

Regular customers are filling the seats even on a weekday. I ordered a set meal of a hamburger steak with the famous Demiglace sauce in a heartbeat.

I could peek through the kitchen where the chef was mixing my hamburger, an excellent dish made upon order and well worth the wait.

“I’ll be upgrading the menu soon little by little.”

Yoko is planning to add more varieties to hamburger steaks.

Thinking about the fluffy bale-shaped hamburger with different seasonings, I got so excited for the future visit.

Yoko’s eyes sparkled with the passion for bringing a breath of fresh air to the restaurant her parents started.
