Their mascot dog, Sakura-chan, welcomes customers to the steak restaurant, which is located just to the right as we enter the Yayoi Ginten-gai arcade.

This restaurant is popular among foreigners, as they can easily see what it offers just by looking at the signboard with the large photograph of beef steaks in front of the shop.

“I used to work in the clothing industry and had no experience in the restaurant business, but I loved American style and meat. So I decided to turn this place into a steak restaurant,” the owner says frankly, with a surfboard behind him. Indeed, the atmosphere inside reminds us of the US. At the entrance to the kitchen, there was an explanation of different cuts of meat with a picture of a cow. “I won’t be able to stop once I start talking about meat.”, but we couldn’t help otherwise.

The current recommendation is for the fillet to be slightly chewy. By chewing for a long time, the Umami flavor of the meat comes out.

“If you sell expensive meat at a high price and it’s delicious, then that’s no fun, right? I want to surprise customers, like, how delicious it can be at this price?”

There are several table seats and a bar counter inside, so we can enjoy only drinks if we feel like it. Signs and messages fill up the mirrors that line the walls.
